As a Trauma Trained Neuro-Health coach, I help humans come off of autopilot, manage the stress their bodies feel, & help them become efficient, regulated, & consistent in their career AND habits outside of it.
But it hasn’t always been this way, I know how burnout can feel, because I’ve been there too.
When I was at the peak of my corporate career, I thought that my physical & mental health would just magically fall into place alongside the success I was having. I was running extremely fast & living in a daily fog, unable to manage my stress & unable to stick with anything worthwhile for my health. At 90lbs heavier, I hit peak career success, but simultaneously rock bottom with my health & personal life. I didn't know how to come off of autopilot to be more intentional with the parts of my life that really mattered to me outside of just work.
Fast forward a bit... after years of being the student & various styles of professional coaching, I became a Trauma Trained Neuro-Health Coach so that I could help driven humans come off of autopilot so they can live a more intentional life in everything outside of their career too. When you learn to work with your body versus against it, you open up the doors to achieve everything you desire in all aspects of your life.
