Worried about the time commitment & packed schedule?
If you have time to scroll instagram in the school pick up line, you have time for HBA. You can listen to the 8 minute lesson while you are IN your life. The commute, the shower, dinner prep, lunch breaks. It plays in the background of your phone. There is a catch up day built in each week as well.
What if I'm not a mom, but want to do HBA?
Having kids isn't a requirement. Let me put it this way, if your calendar is full, brain is fried, & everyday feels like a battle to survive, you're invited. Working moms aren't the only ones under-supported, women in general are, kids or not. I have women come into HBA every single round that have children & don't have children. You are wanted here with us.
