You PROCRASTINATE to the point of getting to the last minute for everything & then you rush to get things done. You’re still successful but stressed AF and the mental overwhelm is real.
You EAT YOUR FEELINGS away after a stressful day, & take your anger out on your family because you can't seem to get a break from having to make another damn decision.
You go ALL OUT when you start stuff, but then give up because you have no bandwidth to wait on results that take longer than a day to get. You're a chronic day 1-er.
You wake up & INSTANTLY FEEL CHAOS, can’t stick with any form of self-care routine, & dread getting ready because every day it’s another baggy, bland outfit to cover up your lack of confidence…….and effort.
You’re SMART AS F*CK & you KNOW it, but you often get to the end of the day & realize something in your life got put on the back burner & it internally frustrates the f*ck out of you.
You wouldn’t know EFFICIENCY if it hit you in the face, because no matter how hard you work, you always seem to be behind on something….that to-do list is as long as your list of excuses.
